Location: Belgium, Hybrid We are seeking a proactive self-starter who wants to help build our software and hardware products: going from a new version of our self-check-in kiosks or upgrades to existing ones, to integrations with third-party registration providers to maybe even entirely new products. We want somebody who’s up for the challenge of taking a (sometimes ambiguous) target, translating it into requirements, prioritising them and - together with the engineering teams - working on a solution that makes our customers happy. All in a timely manner! The ideal candidate is pragmatic and goal-oriented and maintains keen attention to detail in fast-paced settings.

  • Min. of 3 years of development experience, preferably API & Integrations
  • Good to have product management experience 2+ years
  • Bonus: Experience in the Events industry
  • Qualification: min bachelor in a computer science, engineering or related field of study

Over Fielddrive

We are a band of easy-going, enthusiastic people working hard at growing our company. We believe you can help us. If you have a degree or extensive background in IT and like to support people with this, don’t hesitate to contact us now! We don’t expect you to know everything already, as long as you show willingness and capability to learn, you already have a great shot at joining our forces.

More concretely, we are looking for someone (M/F) that enjoys having contact with users and guiding them towards the most optimal solution, envisioning - and up to a point - implementing solutions if needed. It is not about spending hours on end writing code, it is more about being creative and finding easy ways to solve the pain of the customer by recombining what already exists. Of course, you will have to keep track of all the newest developments in our product suite and tools to expand your arsenal of possible solutions you can offer.
