What Will You Do?

As Senior Consultant EV Charging at The Rechargers, you work on complex EV infrastructure and e-mobility projects. Depending on your expertise, you act as Functional Lead, Junior Project Manager, or Data & Migration Specialist.

Functional Lead

Translate business needs into functional solutions and support implementation. Clients often rethink their business, so you take a broad view across sales, operations, logistics, billing, partnerships, etc.
Work with stakeholders to improve processes.
Guide junior consultants and develop best practices in EV Charging.

Junior Project Manager

Manage planning and execution, including scope, budget, and timing.
Act as link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
Monitor progress and ensure structured delivery.
Lead consultants to deliver on time and quality.

Data & Migration Specialist

Coordinate data migrations for EV platforms and IT systems.
Analyse data flows, ensure data quality, and define best practices.
Work with teams to ensure smooth migrations.
Support reporting and data-driven decisions.

In all roles, you work closely with clients and contribute to the growth of The Rechargers as an EV Charging expert.

Functie eisen

What Do You Bring?

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for e-mobility, data, and strategic consultancy. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

Knowledge & Experience

At least 5 years of experience in consultancy, EV charging, energy, data analysis, or a related sector.
Strong in business analysis, process optimization, IT strategy, and/or project management.
Experience with functional analyses, IT transformations, or data migrations.
Knowledge of the EV market, charging technologies, and energy management is a plus.

Skills & Mindset

You have strong stakeholder management skills and can bridge the gap between business and technology.

You have a structured and results-oriented approach in complex projects.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
For the Data & Migration role, experience with data modelling, migrations, and tools such as SQL, ETL processes, or BI tools is preferred.
