Being a M365 Consultant at The Collective is all about helping our customers to strike the right balance between security and productivity, using (co-management- and/or) modern management techniques. We are currently looking to extend our endpoint management team with a senior consultant, who will have the possibility to:

Work on complex and challenging projects, for customers in different sizes, locations and verticals
Deliver workshops and further drive customer success engagements
Assist in continuously improving the managed service(s) we offer to our customers
Design, implement, and troubleshoot in Microsoft 365 with security in mind.
Provide on-site and remote consultancy to customers.
Develop and host workshops about the latest Microsoft solutions, enriched with your real-world implementation experience.
Share your knowledge and experience with the other teams in The Collective.
Create architecture designs and roadmaps that will shape the future of customer goals.

Functie eisen

You have experience in (at least 3 of) the following areas: Microsoft Intune

Configuring a new Intune environment from the ground up
T-2-T device migration
Help transition customers from legacy flows to the Intune way Configuration Manager (MECM)
Troubleshooting Configuration Manager infrastructure doesn’t scare you
Designing and implementing (Green fields) Configuration Manager environments gives you energy.

PowerShell

Automate all the things! What more needs to be said here! Windows 10/11 generic troubleshooting and securing
iOS + Android
You know the difference between MAM and MAM-WE
You’re familiar with the various enrollment scenarios macOS management
You know with which release Apple switched from using Big Cat names to names of Californian Places
You know when it’s apt to use a plist or mobileconfig file
You are familiar with Managed Apple Accounts Experience in the areas below is considered as a nice to have:
Azure Virtual Desktop
Firmware management (Dell, HP, ..)
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint You are native dutch speaker and fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. French or other languages are an added bonus.
