We provide IT managed services to our clients with a select range of solutions. In addition, we have been an official implementation and consulting partner of ServiceNow in Belgium for over 5 years.

Responsibilities: For our service delivery, the Operations team is responsible for: • Customer set-up of the tooling for monitoring, updates, and security • Solve incidents on these tools and the implementations • Root cause analysis of problems in our solutions • Execute the standard enterprise processes (CMDB, ITIL processes) • Write/update technical documentation and procedures about the implementation of the monitoring solution • Participate to on-call process (when required)

We offer IT infrastructure solutions (on premise, in the cloud) and ITSM cloud software. We manage the IT infrastructure of large companies like Brussels Airlines and Sodexo.
