StadimData is growing! We are seeking a talented Data Team Lead to join our dynamic team and lead our data & analytics efforts. If you have a passion for data, leadership, and driving innovation in the real estate sector, this role is perfect for you!

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Lead to join and lead our data & analytics team. This role is primarily operational but includes leadership opportunities as we grow. You will oversee data-related projects, manage cross-functional teams, and lead the execution of data strategies. If you have strong technical skills and enjoy hands-on work with some leadership potential, this is the perfect role for you.

Functie eisen

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to support the company’s growth and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with business analysts, product managers, and executives to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics models.
Project Leadership: Lead small projects or initiatives, focusing on delivery and execution.
Team Guidance: Mentor junior team members and guide the team's growth as it expands.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and drive the adoption of new technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, and experience with tools such as DBT, Databricks, DuckDB and Microsoft Azure.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of addressing complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and foster collaboration across teams.
