Taakomschrijving

Analyze customer needs in collaboration with internal/external technical experts and propose appropriate
technical solutions in order to best meet (potential) customer needs and expectations.
Give presentations and provide demos for (potential) customers.
Request (and challenge) commercial quotations from suppliers to support the sales offer.
Together with the technical experts, evaluate new solutions in terms of operational reliability, deployability
and commercial feasibility.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing with colleagues.
Organize and attend marketing activities such as trade fairs, seminars, workshops, ... in order to establish or
maintain contacts with (potential) customers.
Update and maintain professional knowledge and technical skills in order to maximize your own professional
knowledge and apply it optimally within the organization.
Document acquired knowledge and experience.

Functie eisen

Proficiency in the various ITN solutions offered by BKM-Orange.
Thorough knowledge of Azure, AWS, Veaam, Hyper-V, VM-ware, security protocols, networking.
Structures and communicates available information in a logical and orderly manner.
Prioritises tasks according to both importance and urgency and checks with superior, if necessary.
Respects deadlines or clearly indicates when certain deadlines cannot be met.
Supports messages with relevant data, information, examples.
Communicates pro-actively with (potential) customers.
Able to work under time pressure.
Project management skills.
Good understanding of best practices related to system security measures.
Experience in software engineering and design architecture.
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
Professional knowledge of working with and analysing computer hardware and software.
Good knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
Administratively literate.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Dutch language: C-level
French language: A-level
English language: B-level
