What you’ll be doing:

Together with the product & engineering team it is your task to turn product requirements and UI designs into high-quality features. You’ll help develop, test and debug our different applications while further growing our codebase in a maintainable way.

Whale 🐳 is AI-powered software for documenting processes and training employees.

It helps companies systemize and scale by aligning employees with procedures and processes, while also boosting compliance with policies and regulations.

📝 Document: Improve, structure, and standardize your SOPs, processes, and policies with ease. Our AI-powered tools make it simple to create new documentation whenever needed.

🎓 Train: Automate onboarding and training flows with assignments, AI-generated quizzes, and more, ensuring your employees fully understand the necessary procedures.

🗣️ Reinforce: Deliver the right information to the right person at the right time through our Chrome extension, mobile app, and AI chat functionality, Alice.

🛠️ Update: As your company evolves, so do your processes. Set automated review intervals, gain insights on necessary knowledge updates, and maintain compliance effortlessly.

Functie eisen

You’ll fit right in if:

You closely follow and experiment with new AI technologies, frameworks and/or LLM models
You have experience building and maintaining AI/LLM-powered features
You have experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
You are well versed in designing prompts and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
You have an understanding of fine-tuning and evaluating language models
You have experience in integrating AI capabilities into existing Python/Django applications
You have a solid knowledge of Python and relevant Python frameworks such as Django
You have a thorough understanding of REST principles
You have experience integrating 3rd party code and API’s
You have experience using Docker/Kubernetes/Ingres
You have experience with Postgres or comparable relational databases
You at least have a basic understanding of Linux in production server environments
You have an understanding of basic DevOps principles
You have experience in maintaining and deploying production environments
You have experience with Continuous Integration and Deployments

You get bonus points if you:

Have experience using Google Cloud
Are experienced in scaling Python infrastructure
Have experience working in a SaaS environment

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the skills mentioned above, you will learn. We’re looking for people with a “can-do” builder attitude, not just proven skills.
