The two professional organizations OVB (Orde van Vlaamse Balies) and OBFG (Ordre des Barreaux
Francophones et Germanophone), in cooperation with Diplad, created the "Digital Platform for Attorneys" (DP-
A).
The DP-A is an online platform through which all Belgian attorneys can communicate digitally with courts,
confreres and third parties. DP-A aims to serve the 18.000 attorneys that are affiliated to the two professional
organizations.
For the further expansion of the DP-A, Diplad is looking for a Technical Lead to join the DP-A Services team.
In this position you will supervise the software development tracks.

General Responsibilities

You lead the software analysts, software support and testing team
You supervise the work and solve technical issues
You are the link between the different teams and product manager
You are responsible for the Software Development Lifecycle including sprint planning or software releases
You check feasibility and expectations of new development
You challenge the requirements
You draft applicative architecture and protect our guidelines

Wij zijn het resultaat van een strategische samenwerking tussen de Orde van Vlaamse Balies (OVB) en de Ordre des barreaux francophones et germanophones de Belgique (Avocats.be). In februari 2018 werd een ambitieus protocol ondertekend om IT-oplossingen te ontwikkelen die de juridische sector efficiënter, veiliger en moderner maken.

Functie eisen

Operational Responsibilities

Drafting and formalizing technical documentation
Validate timesheets and reporting on overall progress
Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and applicative building blocks
Monitoring, evaluating team member progress and setting goals
Training Service Desk
Profile and skills
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science (or equivalent through experience)

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Technical lead
A minimum of 2 years work experience as application Architect
You once were a developer
Familiar with waterfall and Agile/Scrum development
Familiar with system architecture and design principles
Languages: Native speaker (C2) French or Dutch, with a very good level of the non-native language and
English (C1)
Ability to work in a small but dynamic team
